Dinner and breakfast offerings were fantastic!

During my stay, the dining experience was remarkable! The breakfast spread was vast and they had all sorts of healthy choices, I really appreciated that.

It wasn't exactly cheap but it was still acceptable.

The extensive dining options were a highlight, with fantastic breakfast and dinner offerings, including delightful cured meats. However, the room needs significant improvements. the toilet was unstable, the mattress felt decades old, and the bathroom amenities were lacking. While the staff were generally accommodating, a few were less friendly and contributed to a less inviting atmosphere.

The stay included a wonderfully comfortable Junior Suite with access to the Hot Park and Parque das Fontes. The staff provided exceptional hospitality, especially Isabela, who offered great assistance during our stay. The dining experiences at both breakfast and dinner were impressive, with a wide selection available. However, some facilities appeared dated, and cleanliness could be improved.

The staff was super friendly and made us feel at home. Our room was comfy, and we loved the easy transfers to the hot parks. Food at the restaurant was delicious, especially the desserts. Just wish they had more options for breakfast. Overall, a perfect place for kids to have fun!

We enjoyed two nights in a Junior Suite, loved the varied food options at the onsite restaurants. Make sure to arrive early to maximize your time at the hot park, as check-in can be time-consuming! The fun pools were a highlight, but watch out for sharp edges.
